Micro and small turned parts in large series
NPT Metal China supplies mass production of micro and small turned parts for customers who need thousands or millions of identical components with a stable quality level. Our turning department is built around 180 single-spindle automatic lathes, supported by CNC lathes with sliding and fixed head for variable, high-precision parts.
Parts are machined from bar stock in brass, steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Secondary operations such as centerless grinding and edge knurling are available, and each production run is backed by dimensional, surface and plating checks before shipment.

Quality control on every batch
Micro parts need to be measured with optical and automated systems. Our inspection room combines a CCD optical inspection machine for 100% sorting with laboratory instruments for dimensions, hardness, plating and corrosion resistance. Dimensional and quality requirements are reviewed against ISO standards before the order is released to production.
Hardness tester
Checks the hardness of material and heat-treated parts.

Verifies the thickness of gold, nickel and other platings.

What tolerances can you hold on turned parts?
Our standard capability is ±0.005 mm on outside diameter and ±0.01 mm on length. Tighter or special requirements can be evaluated on your drawing.
